Property Management Guarantees
These will help give you peace of mind that your investment is in good hands.
While most of our customers are highly satisfied with our services, if at any time you wish to end your contract with us all we require is a 30 day notice in order to process your request.

If you allow pets in your home we guarantee to cover any damages above normal wear and tear up that is not covered by the security deposit up to $2,000 per pet. Service animals are excluded.
We guarantee to find you a tenant for your home in 30 days or we will waive the first month's management fee. Owner must agree to list home for price recommended by us and have home in rent ready condition.

We do not get paid until you get paid. That means that we do NOT and will NEVER charge you a vacant rental fee. We only get paid when you get paid.

If we have to evict a tenant, we will cover all notices and court costs up to $2,000. Higher coverages are available.

Your rent payment will be processed and sent to you in 10 business days or that month's management fee will be refunded to you.
